Abstract
The property right of the state-owned enterprise is the key problem of corporatization reform. To have a clear property right, we need to learn the nature of legal person's property right and equity interest. We must separate the equity interest of state-owned enterprise of the state investment from the nature of legal person s property right, change the traditional status that property of the state-owned enterprise belongs to state and the state-owned enterprise is the subsidiary of state, and bestow on its independent position of market subject, make it participate in market competition independently.
