Abstract
The construction of a modern teaching,research,thinking style,exquisite technology,rational structure of knowledge and ability of technical personnel team is one of the most important figures in universities at the new period of development by leaps and bounds. The paper discusses,under the new situation,how to correctly understand the position and role of experimental technical personnel,improve the quality and level of laboratory technical personnel, and trains and employs the experimental technique staff.
