Abstract

Laboratory is an important part of colleges and universities,and laboratory team building is the core of laboratory construction.Laboratory team is responsibile for training students' practical ability and creative spirit.To meet the needs of innovative personnel training objectives,this paper pointed out some problems to be solved in laboratory team construction,and expounded on some exploration and practice in laboratory management system reform and the experimental teaching team construction for the cultivation of talented personnel etc.which are of some reference for similar colleges and universities.
