On Quality Education of University and Education Returning to People

Abstract
Implemented since the middle of 1990s,quality education of university,no matter in theory and in practice,have many successful explorations and problems as well.The essence of quality education is the education of people.The purpose of different popular education in the world didn't benefit to quality education,including our current education principle focusing on society.Only making clear the purpose of education and focusing on people can structure of quality education,curriculum design,practice organization and examination assessment be solved and quality education of university set foot on bright road.
