Abstract

With playing a role in policy and behavior guidance,Government purchasing could have saved financial funds and improved purchasing efficiency.Nevertheless,there are the problems,such as the highly purchasing price,funds waste and so on in the process of government purchasing.This paper,aiming at the existing problems in the process of government purchasing,analyzes the cause of the problems and then raises some countermoves of improvement.
