Clinical Study on the Combination of Frigotherapy and Pyretotherapy Treating Chronic Bronchitis

Objective To observe the complicated pathogenic process of chronic bronchitis and cough and asthma syndrome characterized by exocryosis and endopyria in chronic bronchitis. Method Four hundred patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.The integration of frigotherapy with pyretotherapy was used in therapeutic group(200 cases),the routine therapy was used in control group for half a month. Results There was significant difference between two groups(P0.005) in therapeutic effect. Conclusions The combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy is an effective method in the treatment of the exocryosis and endopyretosis syndrome in chronic bronchitis,and should be analyzed dialectically in application.
