Chronic Bronchitis Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract

Objective To discuss the dialectical mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods Diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patients' condition were discussed.Various syndrome differentiations and according treatments of chronic bronchitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine were listed.Results The syndrome of chronic bronchitis according to dialectical theory included chronic cough(慢支咳嗽)、tanyin(痰饮)、 chuanzheng(喘证)、feizhang(肺胀)and so on could be alleviated after treatment.Conclusion The syndrome differentiation and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine is reliable in clinic.
