Methods and effect of high-quality-nursing service in our hospital

By opening services and formulating the plan of high-quality-nursing demonstration project,to make all the staff of our hospital enjoy in this project,and to form a leader,a game project.Service concept,nursing work pattern and advanced management method are changed fundamentally,achieving subcontracted responsibility of nurses to each bed and forward moving of nursing stations to wards,and a special expert team is established to solve problems of patients′ safety in order to improve the staff′s enthusiasm for work.Meanwhile,we adhere to the faith of first and consolidate the basic nursing work.We provide patients with the integrated nursing service of safety,quality and satisfaction in order to enhance the quality of medical treatment and nursing service,guarantee the safety of patients and improve the relationship between the hospital and patients.At last,the aim is achieved to the request of patient satisfaction,society satisfaction and government satisfaction made by the Ministry of Health.
