Rights and Interests Protection of Land-deprived Peasants of Progress inside Urbanization

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,large numbers of land-deprived peasants have come forward.The basic rights and interests of land-deprived peasants are not fully protected,such as the right to choose independently,the interest in land,the rights and interests in employment and their social security legal rights and interests because of the long standing dual framework of city and countryside and the deficiencies of the relative legal system.Urbanization of many rural areas does not bring the citizenization of peasant in rights.To give a true protection to the basic rights and interests of land-deprived peasants,the citizenization of peasant should be truly put into effect: namely effective measures should be taken in establishing of limited government,safeguarding equity of rights of subject and perfecting the rural land law system.
