On the Path of Protection of Peasants' Land Rights and Interests under the Background Urban and Rural Balance

The peasants' land rights and interests are structured and orderly bundle of rights,which are the integrated embodiment of economic,political and social rights as members of rural collective.With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the peasants' land rights and interests are violated continuously and the huge loss of peasants' land rights and interests has led to a sharp intensification of social contradictions.The problem of landless peasants,in essence,is that peasants' land rights and interests are abused,limited or deprived with varying degrees.Through reforming the relevant system of safeguards of peasants' land rights and interests,giving peasants the right to use agricultural land permanently,unifying urban and rural land market,fostering cooperative organizations of peasants,we can change the unfair treatment of peasants' land rights and interests,which really works in safeguarding the peasants' land rights and interests.
