Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mixed liquor of brufen and diazepam used for little children with febrile convulsion. Methods 82 cases of little children with febrile convulsion as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Two groups were given treatment of mixed liquor of brufen and diazepam, control group were taken by intravenous injection, and experimental group were taken by rectal administration. Results Time of temperature dropping and time of convulsion releasing in experimental group were significantly less than in control group(all P0.01);side-actions was lower, effective rate was higher, but no significant difference(all P0.05).Conclusion Mixed liquor of brufen and diazepam used for little children with febrile convulsion, shows high safety and effect,so it deserved considering in clinical work.
