Abstract
It's important to find partners for regional economic development,but it needs the platform for the regional economic cooperation which leads to mutual win.Anhui province participates in cooperation with all kinds of embarrassment in the Yangtze River Delta.The reasons came from both the exclusivity and the strategic errors in knowledge,policies and practices.To obtain from the integration of the Yangtze River Deltatoservice the Yangtze River Delta,Anhui province has to achieve strategic innovation.
