Cooperation Mechanism and Government Management in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta

As regional economy develops,cooperative region comes into existence.In the Yangtze River Delta and the Pan-Yangtze River Delta,regional cooperation is carried out.As the Pan-Yangtze River Delta takes concrete forms,the cooperative mechanism adopted in the expanding Yangtze River Delta will be implemented in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta including Anhui province.In accordance,the government must innovate the management system and construct a regional cooperative mechanism,well-balanced between centralization and decentralization.
