tablishment of the clinical skill training base and clinical practice education system of otorhi-nolaryngology in medical college

abstractJECTIVE The effect of the innovated clinical practice education system in otorhinolaryngology was investigated. METHODS The clinical skill training base of otorhinolaryngology in medical college was organized. The clinical practice education program and examination schedule of clinical practice of otorhinolaryngology in medical college was established. RESULTS The established program and schedule were put in practice in 4 grades of undergraduate students and 2 grades of seven-year education system students in medical college in the clinical practice education. The clinical skill and the grasp of the knowledge of otorhinolaryngology were improved significantly. CONCLUSION The clinical practice teaching system of clinical skill training base, training program and examination schedule in medical college is very important to improve the quality of clinical education, which is also an effective way to resolve current conflicts in the clinical practice education.
