Discussion of construction and management of clinical skill training center

College education focuses on practical ability, innovation ability and comprehensive capacity training. The weakness practice skill of medical students was an urgent problem in medical college. Since clinical skill training was built, medical students were plenty trained in the center before clinical practice. The experience of clinical skill training center was inducted. Clinical teaching and practice development direction were discussed.
