Abstract

As one of the basic principles in criminal law,the principle of matching punishment with crime and responsibility is of global directing role.When an action is believed to be a crime,the principle will influence the measurement of the penalty so as to match the penalty with the crime.Only under the direction of this principle,can criminal law be correctly explained and reasonably applied.
