Abstract
Objective To explore the surgery methods of neck burn scar contracture. Methods Retrospective analysis from March 2000 to July 2012 has been admitted to the scar contracture caused by neck burns clinical data of 18 patients. Results The flaps and skin grafts all survived on the 18 patients, and in the following 6 months to 2 years, both the form and function of the patients' necks gained satisfactory recovery. Conclusions The early selection of reasonable surgical time and methods, postoperative anti contracture measures and functional exercise will be beneficial to both prevention and treatment of scar contracture, reducing deformity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
