Abstract
Personality is the soul of a man.The personality condition of college students is regarded to not only their self-development but also the society's stable development and the country's prospects and fortune.For the cultivation of college student's sound personality,this paper puts emphasis on the inquiry into the connotation,function as well as education of personality,at the same time,it is hoped that leadership of each rank and all the educational staff,while unceasingly improving and sublimating their self-personality,should spend no effort in moulding the sound personality of college students.
