Abstract

Objective To determine the effect of psychological intervention on type2 diabetes patients complicated with depression and anxiety.Method Zung's Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were administered to 56 patients with type2 diabetes, and the patients were rated again after receiving psychological intervention 4 months.Results Type2 diabetes patients had marked depression-anxiety symptoms(P0 05),and it was improved to 56 patients with type2 diabetes, and the patients were rated again, and it was improved remark ably after psychological intervention (P0 05).Conclusions Type2 diabetes patients had marked depression-anxiety symptoms. Psychological intervention had can remarkable improve depressive and anxious symptoms.
