Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance of patients with asthma

Objective: To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention included psychological nursing on treatment compliance and lung function of the bronchial asthma patients.Methods: One hundred and twelve asthma patients were divided into the control group and the testing group,the control group gave general nursing,the testing group gave comprehensive nursing intervention(general nursing and psychological nursing),compared the readmission rate,medication,pulmonary functions of the two groups after the intervention 3 months.Results: Before the intervention,the pulmonary function of the two groups had no statistical significance(P0.05),after the intervention 3 months,the readmission rate,medication,the lung function of the two groups were significantly different(P0.01).Conclusion: The readmission rate of the patients after comprehensive nursing intervention and the long-term medication compliance are high,the pulmonary functions is in good condition.
