Abstract
In this paper, the 3D solid model and the finite element analysis model of 395 diesel engine block were established with the 3D modeling software.A static analysis on the preload working conditions and explosion working conditions was conducted for the engine block structure. And,these are obtained including the displacement and the stress nephogram of corresponding condition as well as the stress distribution of the engine block. Finally, this paper proposes devices on optimization improvement of the cylinder block.
