Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical application value of serum CA125monitoring in patients with ovatian cancer.Methods:Serum CA125 in patients with ovatian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and normal controls were measured by elctrochemi luminescence immuno-assay(ECLIA).Results:The differentiation were significant among the patients with ovatian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and normal controls(P0.01).Conclusion:Serum CA125 measuring had important clinical value to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovatian cancer.
