Analysis of the change in the distribution of residents' income and thought on it

The change in our country's income distribution has the following characteristics:the general income increases rapidly,but the income of the extremly poor stratum increases slowly;the widening of the gap in income between areas and between professions coexists with equalitarianism in some fields;the low income inside the system coexists with the swelling income out of the system.The trend of the change in income distribution will further widen the gap in income.The government should take corresponding measures:stick to the principle of efficiency first and giving consideration to equity and combine distribution according to work with distribution according to essential factors;reinforce the government's control over income distribution;perfect social security system;strengthen the construction of relevant laws and systems.
