The Judicial Supervision of the People's Congress and Its Standing Committee

Abstract

The judicial supervision of the People's Congress enjoys its supreme authority. At present, the people's supervisor system has been established in the judicial offices and administrative offices in China, and a decentralized management mode has been adopted. It is argued in this paper that the People's Congress and its standing committee should supervise the people's supervisors and fulfil the people's supervisor system. This paper also suggests a unified model of people's supervision under the leadership of the People's Congress.
