Abstract
In the process of heat setting,it is hard for traditional PID algorithm to meet the requirements.A fuzzy PID controller is designed by using the fuzzy control theory which is based on the traditional PID control.The paper puts emphasis on the designing process of PID algorithm.The results of simulation and field test show that the adjustment time of the fuzzy PID controller is short,its overshoot is less that 2 ℃ and its accuracy degree is whthin ±1 ℃.
