Abstract
In order to improve the shortage of the PID controller applied in industrial process control, the design method of PID controller based on the fuzzy theory was introduced and the method was applied to power frequency governing system for turbine, compared the fuzzy PID with the traditional PID.The results of simulation shows that fuzzy PID preferred a good performance to traditional PID,could greatly reduce the overshoot at the same time to ensure rapid response of the system, and solved the overspeed problem for load rejection.
