Abstract

Development is both the theme of the time and the problem of the time.Due to the influence of traditional outlook on development,there exists the misunderstanding of the concept of development,which leads to the separation of and environmental protection.Therefore,we must clarify the concept that development is overall,sustainable,valuable and modern development,so as to reconsider the relations between man and nature and man's responsibility and duty,and unify and environmental protection from the perspective of scientific outlook on development.
