Abstract
Objective To study the value of the cerebral digital subtraction angiography(DSA) for carotid artery stenosis. Methods 30 patients 42 vessels with lesions of whom were found by color doppler ultrasound or CTA screening underwent further DSA,and evaluate its value. Results 26(61.9%) cases were with carotid artery stenosis≥70%, 13(31.0%)cases were with carotid artery stenosis≤70%,and 3(7.1%) cases were without stenosis. Conclusion DSA for carotid disease is a safe, reliable and accurate method for further treatment as the guarantee.
