Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of high-field-strength three dimensional contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis. Methods Through carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination of 51 patients with clinically suspected extracranial carotid stenosis underwent magnetic resonance imaging and digital subtraction angiography. Results DSA results as the gold standard,MRA diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis and occlusion of the sensitivity specificity. Conclusion 3D CE-MRA can be used as a screening of diagnostic carotid stenosis.
