Abstract

This paper explains introspection from the perspectives of epistemology,psychology and ethics,and discusses the mechanism and features of introspection.In light of internationally-accepted teacher training and development models,it analyzes the defects with the traditional teacher development model in China.In addition,it categorizes the contents of teachers' introspection and puts forward several principles to be followed in the introspection training.
