How to revitalize for intangible cultural heritage under the pattern of modern society and in the same time of inheritance,how to achieve the hematopoietic function of their own development,all the above are the propositions which academics and local governments pursue.Taking Hainan as an example,it is the goal that scientific protection and effective inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.By promoting intangible cultural heritage projects which have the potential of industrialization toward the current market and based on its practical significance,the practical problems of the intangible cultural heritage in the market operation mechanism will be identified and there is some strategy of sustainable development to be made for the current market-oriented implementation of the intangible cultural heritage.
