Clinical Effect and Safety of Small doses of Midazolam Combined with Fentanyl for Local Anesthesia

Objective: To investigate clinical effect and safety of small doses of midazolam combined with fentanyl for local anesthesia.Method: 120 patients with local anesthesia in our hospital were divided into the observation group(60) and the control group(60).The MAP,HR,sedative effect,completely forgetting rates,uncomfort of surgery of the two group were observed.Result: The two groups of patients with the decline in MAP and HR before anesthesia to a certain degree,but are within the normal range;MAP and HR for two sets of time points compared to each other,there was no significant difference(P0.05).The incidence of respiratory depression and completely forgetting rate of the observer group were higher than the control group.sedative effects of observation was better than control groups,discomfort of observation was less than control group.Conclusion: Small doses of midazolam combined with fentanyl anesthesia used for local anesthesia can make good results,better security,and application.
