306 local chicken,28 days old,were divided in to 8 groups randomly,and feed the diets with chinese medicine additives A and B according to the three percentage of 0. 5,1 and 2 respectively, meanwhile, the antibiotic group and control group were designed. The content of IgG was detected respectively at the age of 42th day, 56th day and 70th day. The results showed that Chinese medicine additives can obviously enhance the content of IgG and could increase it as the growth of chicken. Effect of the additive A is better than the additive B.
