Abstract
This paper, first, indicates the significance and emphases of equal opportunity of higher education on the basis of explaining educational equal opportunity; and then, analyzes the factors which influence the equal opportunity of higher education through the aspects of economy, institutions, society, policy and executive practice; finally, stresses requirements of efforts from all walks of life in order to realize the equal opportunity.
