Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the possibility of the collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine silver.METHOD To observe the effect of the collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine silver on mouse experimental deep partial burn wound.RESULT A model of deep partial burn wound in mice was used.The effect of the collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine silver on the burn wound healing was observed.The collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine sliver enhanced tissues necrosis of burn wound and was better than the control group with high contents ( P 0.05) of hydroxyproline,low percentage of G 0/G 1 phase and percentage of s phase after five,seven,ten,fourteen days( P 0.05),fourteen days.Water contents in full skin cells of burn wound was low after twenty four,thirty six,forty eight hours.CONCLUSION The collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine silver can enhance wound healing.
