Abstract
This paper introduced the ideological contents and artistic characteristics of poetry by Jin He ,the famous poet of late Qing Dynasty,and analyzed the similarities and differences between the four versions of the collection poems of Qiuhui Yinguan (Qiuhui Yin guan Shichao),the literature value of the Manuscript which kept in the National Library is been emphatically pointed out from several aspects such as adding poems,Collating text,historical researching,etc.
