Improving Inner-Party Democracy to Promote Inner-Party Harmony in Collages and Universities

Abstract
Inner-Party democracy is our Party’s life. It is significant for colleges and universities to promote inner-party harmony by improving inner-party democracy. The construction of inner-party democracy has been continuously improved in recent years, but there is still a long way to go according to the demand of The Party Constitution. Some factors still restrain the inner-party democracy-building, and affect the harmony of the party. The 17th CPC National Congress has put forward many new requirements to develop inner-party democracy. According to their own advantages, the party in colleges and universities should promote inner-party harmony by actively developing inner-party democracy in terms of ideology, system and organization and eventually realize campus harmony.
