Abstract

Growing economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO have presented both new opportunities and challenges to the employment of college graduates.In order to meet the challenges,colleges and their students should concentrate more on the development of students' sound moral character and practical ability,as well as the broadening of students' knowledge in a perspective of internationalization.
