Abstract

Objective Through the standard determination of Pb and Cd contents in tea-leaves, compared the effects of dry digestion and wet digestion with GFAAS determination of Pb and Cd content in tea,as well as the sample dry weight and wet weight and the influence on the calculation results. Methods After dry digestion and wet digestion,using the graphite furnace atomizer atomization and Zeeman-effect background correction,measuring the absorption peak area,by drawing standard curves measured content standards for lead and cadmium in tea leaves. Results Wet digestion-GFAAS determination of Pb and Cd in tea is better than dry digestion and using the dry weight of sample calculations are more close to the reference value. Conclusion When determination of Pb and Cd in tea-leaves by GFAAS use the wet digestion is better than dry digestion.
