Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical and micro-ecological characteristics of AV.Methods: The index and diagnosis of vaginal micro-ecological evaluation in 4019 gynecological outpatients with different symptoms( The index include intensity and diversity of bacteria group, dominant flora, pathogens,AV score,Nugent score and five bacteria function and inflammation index) were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 4019 patients were involved in this study,3. 11%( 125 /4019) of patients were AV. In AV patients, single infection were 24. 00%( 30 /125); AV mixed infections was diagnosed in 76. 00%( 95 /125),including mixed with VVC( 44. 80%,56/125),mixed with TV( 27. 20%,34/125),mixed with BV( 2. 40%,3/125),mixed with VVC,TV( 0. 80%,1/125),and mixed with BV,TV( 0. 80%,1/125). 125 AV patients got lactobacillus dysfunction with vaginal inflammation, which accounted for 84. 80% abnormal dominant flora( 106 /125). Conclusions: AV is a common type of vaginal infection, and given priority to mixing with other pathogens, especially with VVC or TV. The micro-ecological characteristics of AV include aerobic bacteria increase, lactobacillus dysfunction or dominant flora be replaced with obvious vaginal inflammation. Therefore, when using vaginal micro-ecological evaluation to diagnosis AV,doctors should pay more attention whether those patients have vaginal mixed infection.
