Abstract
Objectives: To observe and analyze the patients with aerobic vaginitis and AV mixed infections. Methods: We made preliminary judgment and indicators check on 416 patients in our hospital with vaginitis symptoms. Results: among 416 patients,62 of them had both AV and mixed infections,26 cases had AV(42%),16 cases of AV + BV,9 cases of AV + TV,and 11 cases of AV + VVC.Laboratory tests: among the 26 cases who only had AV,16 of them had a yellow or green thin purulent vaginal material in their vaginal secretions(62%);23 patients’ vaginal clean condition was of III-IV(88.46%);22 patients’ vaginal PH was over 4.5(84.6%);and11 patients’ vaginal secretions had increased(42.3%).Conclusions: The laboratory tests on AV clinical features is of great value in AV diagnosis and distinguishing AV infections from other infections.
