Abstract
Based on the improved electrical betweenness this paper studies the structural vulnerability evaluation model;based on the short-circuit capacity;it studies the state vulnerability evaluation model.On the basis of the studies,it puts forward an unified evaluation to evaluate the vulnerability of the power grid.Rationality and effectiveness of this evaluation index is verified through the IEEE-39 node example.
