Abstract
Spiritual aspect of civilization is one of most parts of the socialism new rural reconstruction. We should understand well about the significance and urgency of spiritual civilization construction in view of stratagem; should pay special attention to the systems engineering construction on the important link of spiritual civilization construction; should put the spiritual civilization construction into effect in the concrete measure. Only like this, can the country spiritual civilization construction obtain new achievement unceasingly and grand goal of socialism new rural reconstruction realize roundly.
