Basic Thoughts in Constitution in Late Qing Dynasty and the Transformation of Political Ideas:A Comment on the History of Constitution on Late Qing Dynasty from the Works of Jin Guantao and Wang Renbo

The study of the history of constitution in Late Qing Dynasty is in scale,but further research is necessary as to its significance in history and practice. The present study in a line mode of thought and the method of typology changed the explanation of historical facts and covered the notion of politics under traditional study which found the basis of function for constitution in that time. Therefore,it is still necessary to explore the mode of thoughts controlling the emergence and development of notions to discover the inner logic of notion change in late Qing Dynasty.
