Abstract
After China' s entry of WTO,its' construction industry is facing the opportunity and challenge.Aiming at the actual circumstance of Shenyang construction industry,the article analyzes the actual progress of Shenyang construction industry management and development,tries to put forward the strategy thought to deepen the reform of the system mechanism,sets up the idea of trustworthy operation,changes administrative management and creates a better environment for the construction industry development.
