Overview of China’s Construction Industry Development and Suggestions since the Reform and Opening-up

Abstract

The construction industry is an important material production sector of China’s national economy.Since the Reform and Opening-up,China’s construction industry has experienced a very fast development and become an important pillar industry.This paper analyzed the growth path and summarized the development characteristics of China’s construction industry based on the statistical yearbook.The major problems in the developing process were pointed out.Finally,the suggestions for the development of China’s construction industry were put forward.
