Abstract
Through two-factor experimental design,effect of 3 different levels lignified cuttings(A) and 4 different concentrations of rooting accelerator(ABT-1#)(B) of Acacia mangium and different cutting matrices(C) on rooting rate,rooting number,and rooting length were studied.The results show that treatment of softwood(A1)+ rooting accelerator ABT-1#400 mg·kg-1(B2) get the effect of high rooting rate,more rooting number and long rooting length,rooting rate is up 83.3%.Under different substrates : treatment of softwood(A1)+ rooting accelerator ABT-1#400 mg·kg-1(B2) +80% red soil and 20% perlite mixed matrices get the best result.
