Study on the Village Level Organization Pattern

Social system school holds that organization should include c ommon aim, cooperation will and information contact. The village structure of an organization must be based on peasant benefit. The peasant benefit contains individual benefit and public welfare. It needs to set up two kinds of organization: The peasant association is public welfare legal entity for peasant welfare; The village economic cooperation organization is a cooperative body for peasant individual benefit.Drawing on the experience of Taiwan’s peasant association and village economic cooperation organization for reference, we design the structure of peasant association and the village economic cooperation organization .Finally ,we analyze the possibility of the peasant association compatible with village party branch,distinguish the duty of peasant association and township government.It provideds the support to lighten peasants burden in theory.
