From two years field study in peasant association in taoyuanhe township, huoshan county, anhui province, author come to a conclusion that peasant association is a necessity to advance well-off society construction and fasten the rural economic structure adjustment. Though the peasant association is just on its underway, we still can many problems concerning system and mechanism, such as the association's legal situation and relationship to village and basic-level government.
