Abstract

Objective Study on nursing intervention for elderly patients with total hip replacement effects of psychological status and complications.Methods 32 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 16 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,in intervention group,the duty nurses were given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,application of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) before intervention in the intervention group,SAS and SDS scores after the intervention,the intervention group,the control group with SAS and SDS score were analyzed and compared,statistics of the 2 groups of patients with dislocation of hip joint,pressure sores,hypostatic pneumonia,deep vein thrombosis complication rate,for χ2 test and t test.Results The SAS and SDS score of the intervention group after intervention was significantly lower than before the intervention and control group after intervention,and the complication rate of the dislocation of the hip,pressure sores,hypostatic pneumonia,deep vein thrombosis was significantly lower than that in control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively counsel psychology of elderly patients with total hip replacement,adjust the psychological status of the patients,so as to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients,promote early recovery of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
